So the Scottish government has been forced to ditch their juryless rape trials thankfully.
Rcs think that this is a bad thing however I strongly disagree as any conviction from these kangaroo crts would be endlessly appealed and most likely overturned which would result in a retrial of the accused walking free no victim/survivor should ever have to go through the court process twice or the worry of an appeal.
