Unfortunately I can only access the headline and first sentence.

Its not old, the article was only published on friday!

But as its behind a paywall the archive link gives access to the full article.

A gay and transgender youth charity is being sued over allegations that its negligence led to child sexual abuse.

A man, who cannot be named due to a court order, has lodged an action against <a class="break-all" href="https://archive.ph/o/wVEmi/www.thetimes.com/uk/scotland/article/calls-for-lgbt-youth-charity-to-be-banned-from-schools-j7bch2lqw" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">LGBT Youth Scotland at the <a class="break-all" href="https://archive.ph/o/wVEmi/www.thetimes.com/uk/scotland/article/coal-fires-at-court-of-session-send-green-ethos-up-in-smoke-9dv7gg3w8" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Court of Session, Scotland’s highest court.

It is understood the man is suing for more than £100,000, and claims he fell prey to abuse for which the charity is responsible. An LGBT Youth Scotland spokesman said it would be “inappropriate” to comment on an ongoing legal case.

In September, it was revealed that the charity had published a guide to “coming out” as transgender that had been co-written by Andrew Easton, a convicted paedophile who had downloaded and distributed indecent images of children, including newborn babies.

Its shocking that this has been allowed to happen.

Hopefull this court case will make some reconsider what they are doing, even if only for child safeguarding reasons.
