I'd have made the pharma person a man, just because men deserve representation too (we can forget about that when focused on empowering women after all) and everyone in the far right of the image just happens to be a woman otherwise (I completely agree with the transhausen mums and the Dr Mengele looks like she is based on a specific person)
But thats the only criticism I would make :) and I'm sure its not deliberate.
