Apologies, I don’t post here much and you all seem to know so much. I am still trying to educate myself on this.

If they redefine women as anyone who says they are a woman, and a transwoman with a penis rapes another female, that means that person cannot be put on trial for rape because in English law, only men can rape??

Only men can rape because rape requires a penis, but a man with a GRC may still have a penis and be considered "female" for most legal purposes. So yes they can and I believe have gone on trial for rape.
