So we have rapist,pedophiles and child abusers having the case's against them dropped whilst nurses and midwifes with nonsense complaints that should be dropped (I'm sure that we can all guess what type they are) are investigated for up to 10 years. But don't worry because now the report is out they're going to change 🤨

Not surprising really, it reflects nursing and midwifery culture across the board. Depressing though.
