Woman's Hour, one minute 55 secs in.

Well, at least WH is not ignoring the issue anymore. That's something.

Woman's Hour - Helen Heckety, Taylor Swift’s UK tour, Football and domestic abuse - BBC Sounds

Novelist Helen Heckety on living with a disability that is not visually obvious.

Oh, if it's just about removing indignities I look forward to the overhaul of PIP assessments and it changing to a doctor's note being sufficient. If having to prove you are trans and intend to stay so only once is bad then disabled people having to prove time and time again for the rest of their lives that they are still disabled must be beyond the pale.

Yes, it would be a good idea to extend that to other areas of government bureaucracy. Also, could they put the passport cost down to a fiver, because the high cost is currently exclusionary. They have become a necessity, even if you never go abroad.

I mean, if it is about removing indignities, surely Labour will spare a thought for women suffering the indignity of men in their spaces? No? Not those indignities?

How about the indignity a woman suffers when she suddenly discovers she is deemed a lesbian because her husband drops a bombshell and claims he is a woman? No, not that one either apparently.

That's another question to put to election canvassers - 'so what other indignities are you committed to eliminating if you are elected? Or just the one..?'
Looking forward to The Bonfire of the Indignities🔥Hmm

Well we have a PIP battle on our hands at home currently, so I'm all in for a bit of indignity removal for that. Oh and one for a blue badge as well please. I mean there have been some appalling questions related to the PIP.
I wonder if a bit of #NoDebate would get us what we want?
