Equality Act - which sections need clarifying, and what is the impact if they aren’t?

Hoping someone can give me the specifics.

Sex means biological sex not legal sex.

The exclusion of an individual from a space intended for people of the opposite sex can never be deemed to constitute illegal discrimination on the basis of the protected characteristic of gender reassignment.

The inclusion of biological males in a space intended for the exclusive use of women will be be assumed to be prima facie illegal discrimination on the basis of the PC of sex.

To clarify, the above are my suggested improvements, following @RedToothBrush 's lead.
