Trying to muster courage to post a gender critical blog at work

At my place of work declaring pronouns is encouraged but voluntary. HR are taking a very jolly approach to inclusivity for all.

What's bugging me is that all the recources shared by our inclusion champions are not surprisoingly stonewall/gender intelligence links. There is a disclaimer to the effect that ' these resourses are for information and not necesarily an organisational stance' and they welcone any additional resources......

Nobody has shared any womens rights or gender critical articles. I really want to post a blog about why I don't state my pronouns but I lack the confidence to articulate. Does anyone have any advice ?

Speak from the heart about how it affects you

Maybe a first step would be to share resources "for information and not necesarily an organisational stance" from some gender critical / women's sex based rights groups.

Although they might not say exactly how you feel, but could be a starting point.

And lets work place and colleagues know that there are other opinions.

Its a bit late tonight, but I am sure others on FWR can suggest useful articles, tomorrow when they see your thread.
