That said, I still get enjoyment from seeing mainstream parties getting their electoral arse handed to them. They've all let women down and, as far as I'm concerned, it's a shame they can't all lose every time.

They have their letters the wrong way around. WEP should be EWP, the Equality to be women party.

I was looking for a thread about todays win for the WEP. The one you linked is 6 years old feathery.

So not much use to actual biological women then, nor to children who need safeguarding. Oh well.

WEP are an idiotic mess. I am not celebrating this win and feel sorry for the women in that area.

Yeah, they became the WoMen's Equatorbulge Party during the trendy years, unfortunately.

I'm glad they won a seat. Maybe Stacy will change her mind on the trans thing. A lot more people are.

I remember when they came out they claimed to do politics differently.

Then it was exposed that both Sandi Toksvig & Catherine Mayer had written in a Putin-esque clause that they were to be Presidents for life.
