As in, no recognition of her, and her papers part, in all this. Just 'move along, nothing to see here'.

Yeah, I do agree that it is annoying how these hacks breeze past a sense of responsibility. But this is how the change we have been pushing for happens, people just quietly backside into the new more acceptable position. We know who they are, we know they lack integrity, but the fact that they've sensed the change and shifted with it is surely very good news. Take the win (and keep receipts!). There's still a way to go yet.

Yes. We have been predicting this response, so it's no surprise. Let's just take the win and keep pushing for more resumption of sanity.

I read the article linked to that one about 'woke scones'. No, it's just being cheap, because making scones without milk and butter and using margarine instead is what companies have been doing for decades. If there's palm oil in them they can't make any moral claims! I make mine with milk and butter and if I buy them I buy the posh ones for this reason.

Anyway, just needed to get that off my chest. 😁☕
