Australian case asking "What is a woman?"

Turns out all that matters in living as a woman is

"gender affirmation surgery and has a female birth certificate. She shops for women’s clothing, uses women’s facilities and plays on a women’s hockey team."

So shopping, looking pretty and playing with the ladies team. Not any of the burdens related to being biologically female. Ugh.

But, importantly, Roxanne uses women's facilities. And we all know there's nothing more convincingly feminine than forcing yourself into other people's spaces.

I sense the erosion of our rights continuing..

If only they inserted the word "trans" in front of woman in the reporting, it would make sense. And then the platform can decide whether its audience is women or trans women. Easy. But instead we have to bow to a biological male's feelings.

Also no mention of Tickle seeking 200,000 AUS$ compensation for aggrevated hurt, or the background to setting up Tickle (why it excludes men is because Wall was victim of actual abuse, not only hurt feelings), or the cap on Tickles damages (so if they lose they have little to lose compared to Sall). Quite a lot needs to not be mentioned. The other thread is excellent - just got drawn into comment on this instance of reporting.
