I get the impression that she is a lot more TERF than she dares to let on. The trans callers sound deranged.

Her story of inadvertently misgendering the passenger on the train illustrates the difficulty around presenting as one thing and demanding compliance , a genuine mistake could become a reason for a legal investigation. The self righteous outrage of the trans woman and Sheila's apologetic retreat spoke volumes about the narcissistic power these people want to hold .
