Sorry if this is well known but I have just heard it.

Detransitioning who said their surgery was, "I was given a hardware update for a software problem".

Makes me think - the house was demolished and rebuilt by cowboys when all it needed was new carpets and a lick of paint. And now the windows don't fit and there are massive holes in the roof and the floors are falling through. Etc etc.
