Sex/gender and ethnicity

Please help me understand.......

If my gender can be my choice, shouldn't the same be true for ethnicity?

Why is it unacceptable in the mainstream to identify as black when I am white, and yet I can identify as male when born female?

I also don't understand why Frank Hester's comments about Diane Abbott have not been criticised for being misogynistic. Surely they are as misogynistic as they are racist?

"You can't self identify as a different ethnicity because that's about genetics" says the gender ideologist.

"It's different to gender, because gender genetics are too complicated to understand, look --> intersex people" says the gender ideologist.
