I saw this pop up in another thread but think it deserves a thread of its own. Thanks to ROGD for flagging it up. A Quick Look and it is all choice and affirmation, not evidence based healthcare. But this section on children is especially alarming - parents reminded of children’s rights and sent for re-education, whilst children are supported to ‘uphold their rights’ with the support of a trusted person activist.

We really need to se the NES Transgender Care Knowledge and Skills Framework referenced in the document as I suspect that’s where Cass will be dismissed.

“Please note any harmful, discriminatory or offensive comments will not be processed”

Wow so basically any response that isn’t what they want to hear, they can just label offensive and ignore.

Where is that?

We have seen this before: you weren’t allowed to give any examples of individuals causing harm under the GRR bill consultation (ergo ‘no evidence individuals misuse GRC’). You weren’t allowed to comment on the definition of ‘women’ under PBR bill (most common response but dismissed as ‘not covered by the consultation’).

Safrron I can’t find it online. It’s possible it’s still being drafted but I’m going to write to NES and ask
