Sarah Haider and Meghan Daum have been peaking slowly over the last year, I would have said Sarah more so than Meghan until I heard this recent episode.

They invited Eliza Mondegreen on for a chat and it is very informative. And it’s clear from the discussion that both podcast hosts are definitely educating themselves and they both understand the effect of GI ideology on young girls.

They’ve also recently covered the story of A. Langford, the male who insisted on joining Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority in Wyoming.

Meghan has been peaked for years.

Listening between the lines from other episodes, Meghan Daum has paid heavily in career costs from not being a cheerleader for the new incarnation of progressive thinking.

Really? I’ve been listening for a year and thinking ‘She’s almost there', because I felt as though she was holding herself back. Perhaps I misunderstood.

I felt a lot of her analysis in this episode was insightful so I’m glad to hear her saying what she thinks 😊

She does have quite a world-weary demeanour at times and I wasn’t sure if that was Gen X cynicism or how she really felt.

Meghan and Sarah are firmly GC but try to steer clear of the topic because they joke it would otherwise dominate their shows. Meghan references it often on her own podcast and it comes up often in interviews with other heterodox guests. She’s said several times how much it fascinates her because of the different strands. Rest assured, they peaked a long time ago and have a nuanced grasp of the topic.

By the way, the channel has just moved across from youtube to Substack and can now be found here:

It looks like that was done for monetisation purposes and as a result most of the content is now subscriber-only. Although I did enjoy their most recent podcast that's open access.
