Vagina Museum: back again, this time with endometriosis.

Thanks to the wonder of crowd-funding, the Vagina Museum has relocated (still in Bethnal Green) & is hosting an exhibition about endometriosis.

To my delight, the BBC coverage of this does not AFAB, nor does it cis: the author simply refers to women throughout. And it is glorious. I’m sure lots of screechy green-ink (& electronic equivalent) letters of complaint are on their way about the Literal Violence of recognising reality. Sadly, that probably includes one from the committed-to-inclusivity Vagina Museum, who are apparently mystified by the dearth of knowledge about endo - how can this be possible when 190 million people in the world have it?! Just correctly identify those people as women & there’s an instant demystification 🙄
