Freddie Trenchard has been sentenced to 3 years in a prison that is mixed sex during the day but separated by 'gender' for sleeping quarters, according to the BBC.

Judge Fooks told the court Trenchard's trans status should not be taken into account as he was male when he attacked his victim.

'Trenchard denied sexual intercourse had taken place, and suggested the allegations had been made as the victim was transphobic - something which was rigorously denied.'

Phobia is an irrational fear. Nothing irrational about being afraid of this bloke.

There is no way this male rapist should be regarded as "she" - beyond disgusting that HE will be allowed to continue his hormone treatment (presumably at taxpayers expense)
