Started on 2nd October at Watford Employment Tribunal (Radius House, 51 Clarendon Rd, Watford WD17 1HP 01923 281750)

You may attend in person or remote viewing has been quite limited but you can request log in details from

[email protected]

Header should read

URGENT CURRENT CASE - Public Access Request - J Phoenix - The Open University - 3322700/2021

Ask for access link and pin and please give your name and address in the email as they check when you connect to the tribunal.

The clerk will ask you (in a private remote room) to put your camera on to verify, this involves looking at you, but no ID is needed. You may turn off your camera after this pointless and unnecessary process.

I have a dehydrator. It's increasingly a popular included option on modern ovens and kitchen multi-purpose gadgets.

They reduce down in a very pleasing manner.

I think we need to see a video of that.

BC - this is an example of institutional cowardice isn't it
CT - I didn't even know what GC was at that time.

Chrysanthemum5 · 18/10/2023 11:14

At this time she's never even heard the term gender critical. What a load of bollocks

Mmmnotsure · 18/10/2023 11:14

BC: this is eg of institutional cowardice cos you are too willing to appease and cave into predominant ac view on the subject

DD: at the time I didn't even know what the word gender critical was
[!!!]
DD: At the time I had no awareness of what GC was or meant

pronounsbundlebundle · 18/10/2023 11:15

Aha - so because THEY didn't want to talk about it NO ONE ELSE CAN

She's just said she didn't know what 'gender critical' was. It's bloody basic biology! It's the most basic common sense! It's observable reality! It's science! No way you didn't know what it was. Liar.

I didn't even know what GC was at that time - Fuck off she didn't.

So many people in an academic institution who in 2018/19 "didn't understand what gender critical meant" until they "looked into it".

Chrysanthemum5 · 18/10/2023 11:16

Given she didn't even know what gender critical was how did she manage to get up to speed so quickly

Mmmnotsure · 18/10/2023 11:16

BC: wait for the q please

ickky · 18/10/2023 11:16

Wait for the q please!

BC is demolishing this claim right now with an email she wrote.

Chrysanthemum5 · 18/10/2023 11:17

Witness - I'd never heard of anything guv
BC - this is an email where you wrote about it at that time
Witness - but that doesn't mean I knew anything about it

So many people in an academic institution who in 2018/19 "didn't understand what gender critical meant" until they "looked into it".

I may be wrong but I'm getting the sense that 'looking into it' involved reading the perspectives of people with an agenda who pride themselves on not reading source materials/listening to 'problematic podcasts'/watching 'problematic video talks' but issuing definitive statements based upon emotion and individualisation bias.

Chrysanthemum5 · 18/10/2023 11:18

So we cancelled the conference but didn't really do that because of anything

CriticalCondition · 18/10/2023 11:18

DD repeats that this would have been putting a lot of resource 'into something we didn't want'.

Chrysanthemum5 · 18/10/2023 11:19

So she is sure Jerry didn't complain but can't remember who did

Mmmnotsure · 18/10/2023 11:19

BC: who raised concerns internally prior to cancellation

DD: my memory is shaky

Mmmnotsure · 18/10/2023 11:20

ickky · 18/10/2023 11:18

Amnesia incoming

You called it - one minute later

ickky · 18/10/2023 11:20

Doesn't remember the meeting

OP posts:
Chrysanthemum5 · 18/10/2023 11:20

Here you list the reasons for the conference cancellation, yes. I don't remember

Zeugma · 18/10/2023 11:21

my memory is shaky

Is that on the bingo card?
