LD's witness statement confirms that they did make lots of tweets (eg dissing the Forstater), apparently listened to all of That Podcast (mentions sucking female cock! Twice!) and generally complains about nasty GC stuff going on at the OU. But as they've already stated that just using the simple, accurate and neutral descriptor of "male bodied" is offensive to them, it's difficult to read the witness statement without assuming extreme bias.

LD replies might give a hint why she finds herself so rarely questioned; not because she is correct (she isn’t) but because no one could endure her response.

Just to interject - I am a childhood and adult survivor of male violence, including sexual abuse. This witness is beyond anything that I can deal with.

I came across something they they wrote in 2018 in which they described themself as a white middle class queer cisgender woman. I don't know which if any of those words they would use now.

Nailed it, and many 💐 It must be extremely hard to listen to Downes talking about how she thinks the likes of Katie Dolatowski (6ft5, attacked a 10 year old girl in a Morrison's women's toilet), Barbie Kardashian, Karen White and Isla Bryson are - simply put - more important than women in jail who are survivors of sexual violence of exactly the kind these 'male bodied' criminals have committed.

Is that the article in which they say they occupy an anti-carceral queer feminist place within critical criminology/zemiology, Critical? <word-salad emoji sorely needed>
