IF thinks he is in one of those parlour games where you must try your best not to say yes or no. He's a fool if he thinks he can put down BC.

"it's their own choice" - to illegally discriminate, yes! You have to act to prevent that! Gah.

I think he's trying to stick to the it was the fault of certain individuals rather than it was the fault of the OU and will say (or avoid saying) anything he can to stay the party line.
