Feminism: Sex and gender discussions

Serial litigant we can’t discuss, trying to find a judgement.

Someone clever on here identified that the serial litigant, who claims to be legally and feminine adjacent, went looking for posts about themself on the fruit farm and the judge commented that if they were so distressed by the comments, they wouldn’t have gone looking for them.

I think it was judge Nicklin but I can’t find it online. Grateful if anyone could point me in the right direction.

Bonus points if anyone can tell me, could a judgement in a civil appeal be cited in a criminal case? Or are the streams totally separate?

No idea but that cheered up my lunchtime reminiscing....

Put the person's name into https://www.bailii.org/. You'll find them. However, you won't find settled cases or abandoned ones.
