About to see the show they tried to cancel. Joanna Cherry. Body and bag searched. Slightly stroppy woman sporting a rainbow scarf getting people seated. Police. Extra security (100% men with beards). Show doesn't start for 30 minutes. Bar closed and troublesome women assembled.

I noticed on the C4 report many women wearing feminist clothes and carrying women won’t weesht placards, and cheers were great to hear for Joanna. I was not impressed by NS s proclamation that feminist and violence to women is the most important thing to her, when teamed with blather about the most marginalised and vulnerable..

I went to the event. I got a ticket at the last minute from someone who couldn’t go.
I deliberately chose not to wear any suffrage colours.
Joanna is calm, reasoned, and factual.

yeah maybe they can go and get trauma counselling for being exposed to such an unsafe space and having to deal with such a dangerous person. Definite Health and Safety issue.

Well he would deny it. Funny how their feelings are all important and denying those feelz makes them suicidal but JCs feelings are just dismissed. If she felt hostility then the decent thing to have been said was "I'm sorry she felt that way" not a "Oh no she didn't!" 🙄
