Just posting this in case anyone has missed it.
It is the whole 3 day summit and its is inspiring, stirring, and hope-giving.
I couldn't see if this has already been posted- so will remove if it has been.
Worth listening to in full to get the full picture past, present, and future. I was particularly shocked by how bad things are for women's sport in Spain- and how things haven't gone there yet in Mexico, so the summit has been useful as preparation to defend in advance (day 3 panel discussion).
This is day one video (there are 3- and are all hours long!)
Reilly Gaines is excellent in this.
Wanted to hear all of it as it is so informative and all the info, and internationally, is in one place.
All of these powerful women coming together in one place to unite and fight is incredible.

Doing boring jobs in the house and car journeys have never been so interesting!

Just to second this, it's absolute GOLD. Brilliant stuff. It would be great if they could post the different talks as individual videos on youtube, but it's all there and timestamped in fairness. I went to listen to Helen Joyce (because I find that I learn something, or am made to think about something every time I hear her talk, she's amazing) but I'm gradually working my way through the whole thing as it's so interesting.

Highlights so far for me have been Helen, Carole Hooven and Linda Blade, the panel on language with Kara Dansky, and Ross Tucker. But really, all of it has been so interesting.

Thank you. Was looking for something to listen to today - and here it is!

Wow. What an amazing opportunity to listen to such an array of prominent speakers! So much clarity and history of how we got to where we are with sports and where it's going.

One of my biggest struggles when learning about this topic was the feeling of hopelessness that women were not being listened to; that we were powerless. This summit brings together advocates for women's sport from all over and it feels powerful, it feels like we can make ourselves heard.

I was a bit put off by the length of it but it's got a comprehensive chapter list so I thought I'll just skip through to the interesting people, ended up catching pretty much all of the first day. Really good recommendation. Thanks @DameMaud 😉

Putting this here as a bump- as there are now shortened clips from the individual speakers, so people don't need to trawl through the 3 hour videos.
This is an incredibly powerful speech by Dr Suzanne Vierling that takes a perspective beyond/larger than the sports issue.
Also, in talking about women and war, it strikes as particularly relevent to what we've just witnessed with Hamas.
