A trans-identified male was removed from the female unit of a homeless shelter in Brighton after sexually harassing staff and suggesting that he had only transitioned in order to see women in intimate situations.
Chloe Dove, formerly known as Trevor Parnham, had police called on him by staff at St. Patrick’s Night Hostel in Brighton and Hove after subjecting two staff members to threats and sexually abusive language and behavior.

I wonder what percentage of such incidents are perpetrated by men compared to the women who it was set up to protect.

And the poor staff at this hostel have to accept these men until they have proof they can be excluded so the staff or women have to be abused before he can be removed because of their stupid rules.

Funny how it never happens the other way round. I have yet to see a single report of transmen abusing single-sex spaces by flashing at men, or threatening them, or verbally abusing them.... It's almost as though transmen are women, and transwomen are men.

Staff at places like this should feel able to say no to men like this, but instead they obviously feel like they have to go along with everything until harm is caused. Harm caused by being unable to say no to the demands of a man, in an organisation set up to help the needs of women.

That is at least the fourth time I've read about transwomen in women's shelters not providing the Scottish government any evidence that men ever pretend to be something they're not to access women.

I think I've seen something about this bloke on another thread but I can't remember where, so to avoid starting another upsetting thread I hope you don't mind if I put it here. It's a bit confusing but I think his 'girlfriend', the nursery worker, is actually female. I wonder if he started a relationship with her because of her job but he seems to have found a kindred spirit.
