Interesting talk revealed that 70% of those on probation are a risk to others for domestic abuse, not necessarily including the children. So add those onto the huge numbers of “low level” child abusers let loose under probation and we can see why we see so much violence to women and children in communities everywhere. There was no discussion about the category of male and female but it was clear that it was males that are the risk, whatever their identity.

It’s not a question of people being “let loose under Probation”. They will have displayed their behaviors before getting anywhere near a Probation Office, as Probation only kicks in post- conviction.

Of course conviction does not change previous behaviours.
