It is, as always, worrying how deep this goes and I am glad that investigative journalists are finally doing their job in revealing it.

At no point in the session did any teacher say parents might know what's best for their own kids, nor question whether affirmation-on-demand was the only way to help a trans-identified student.

This is so scary to think there is an underground network of teachers exchanging tips on how effectively cut parents out of the equation so they can trans kids..

There has been a network working against giving SEND children assistance and trying to ruin their lives. Some have a sexual interest and others are simply sadistic. Plen train in a profession with intent to harm.

The middle class are shown in every serious case review or government inquiry to safeguard themselves, their colleagues and the institutions over the vulnerable. Until this cultural norm is broken they will continue to enable abuse.

They should be recording their colleagues and sending the evidence to journalists.

I think as well as wanting to 'help' the children and to get 'woke' brownie points for their own vanity, they have nothing but contempt for the parents. I suspect they see them as MAGA, bible bashing, red-necked, republican voters and transing their kids is a sweet fuck you. Perhaps they view the children as victims of their parents 'backwards' thinking? Much like I'd see a child with the misfortune to be born into a cult?
