Un-fucking-believable, I dread to think what is coming down the pipeline next. How can WPATH be considered in any way a credible organisation.

Wow, I searched for gender under the services tab, which led to the gender dysphoria services link and when you clicked the first thing you see is the trans flag and the gender neutral symbol. On an NHS information page about accessing services for gender dysphoria.

The Eunuch archive worries me, there is a distinct new trend for enuchs now called 'nullo' (nullification) and of course it is a valid identity. Perhaps it's not that new but I certainly thought it wasn't to be celebrated by the NHS.

There was a thread here the other day about a group of men cutting off various body parts and one was prosecuted for freezing a man's leg so it had to be amputated. It's sick, do they not check this stuff before promoting it?

NHS trusts should be especially careful of who they link to after Mermaids, how can they be trusted as serious medical professional when linking to WPATH.

The Eunuich Archive contains sections of fantasy that are counted as CSA. When NHS Scotland investigated their posting of the WPATH SoC 8 on an NHS website, they reported themselves to Police Scotland.

If your job relates to children then you are obliged to understand (horrible as it is), that there are people who get sexual gratification by being in a position of power over children, and it's really quite plausible that they'd look for ways to manifest that power like, say, causing someone to be castrated.

I cannot imagine anyone working in this field ('gender' medecine) is unaware of WPATH's newest Standards of Care (version 8), or what they contain.

Every day I become more cynical about what's happening in the NHS. I know that these people don't represent the majority of staff but the institutional failure to challenge such unacceptable groups and practices is such a worry.

I remember reading about some NHS trusts that extended their Annexe B guidelines to ensure that convicted sex offenders claiming to be women could be placed on women's wards. That's when I realised that predatory values had gained a foothold in certain trusts and were evidently being actively promoted

It's not a 'conspiracy theory' if it's true, Marci. In the SoC, here is the relevant section, copied and pasted (I've redacted the web address for obvious reasons). This is page 90 of the WPATH SoC, linked to from the NHS site in the OP :
