Telegraph article on EHRC. More evidence of capture of the EHRC. Thank goodness Baroness Faulkner took over when she did. (If you're on a phone, click on airplane mode as soon as you click on the link and you'll avoid the paywall)

School told to transition pupils to their ‘true identity’ or face discrimination claims

There have been warnings that the equalities watchdog, who sent the letter, has been 'captured' by gender ideology

Shocking. No wonder the TRAs within the EHRC are throwing their toys out of the pram now that there's a grownup in charge.

Yes, I am so grateful Baroness Falkner stepped in when she did.

That advice is insane. A girl playing rugby with 14/15 year old boys!? And the issues with dignity and privacy. Jfc!

I haven’t been following this enough but I’m grateful to Baroness Faulkner but at the same time aware how could have gone the other way,

It could have become standard and that’s very concerning

SunnyEgg · 01/06/2023 11:26

I mean Falkner

I think it was standard in 2016 when the school was sent that guidance. That was the era of no debate and there wasn't much sunlight around. Thank heavens for the brave and principled women and men who have stood against this.
