The customer loos in Dartmouth Sainsbury's. So men get some privacy, which must be nice for
them. Women and girls, however, must use a shared facility with one flimsy, open-top-and-bottom cubicle and must come out to wash our hands in front of anyone who may have fancied popping in.

This is for new public buildings (not commercial ones) but as a government statement from last year this is useful.

"The rise in ‘gender neutral’ toilets raised safety concerns from women who feel they are losing privacy and being unfairly disadvantaged.
Separate unisex (or universal) toilets should be provided if there is space, but should not come at the expense of female toilets."

As a government statement in response to a public consultation it might be useful to include in your complaint.
