Many of us probably dont know in any depths our right at work over and above how much we are paid, our hours and holiday entitlement.

Many issue can come up sometime into our employment and it can seem there is no one to turn, ie no union, HR department or transparent management.

So if with no prior discussion, or employer circular, what rights to do women have should a trans woman join the work force.

Questions that might come up are:

  • Does it make a difference if the trans identity is through self id or gender re-assignment
  • What rights are there in relation to single sex toilets
  • Can an existing work women's network be single sex
  • Does it change the data validity if there is an audit of whether there is a pay gap between men and women
  • If there is a workplace rest room for women employees does that remain single sex

Please note this is intended as a resource thread, so for instance links to the Maya Forstater judgement
