GC court cases and spring gardening

I was just admiring my spring bulbs the other day when I realised that it's a while since I contributed to any GC crowdfunders. Now the weather is warmer and I am less paranoid about heating bills I have a bit of spare cash.

Realise we can't post links, but does anyone know what's live - I've spotted a couple and am sure there are more I've forgotten.

Laura Favaro - who wrote that great paper on academics facing hostility for doing GC research and then lost her research job as a a result (!!!)

Rachel Meade - who was suspended as a social worker for a year due to posting about GC matters in a private FB group. Represented by Naomi Cunningham who succeeded in getting through the initial hearing yesterday so definitely going to full employment tribunal

A man called Kenneth MacBride has a Crowdjustice page 'I was harassed and then sacked for challenging bigotry against sex realists in the Scottish Government. I need your help to fight back.' I haven't heard anything else about him, does anyone know more of him?

James Esses (the trainee therapist) has his case coming up soon and is close to reaching target as well.

Glinner is being sued by another trans activist.

Stand with Maya hasnt reached the stretch target.

Emma Bateman was challenging the Green party.

Cathy Boardman is taking BIMM Ltd to tribunal.

Jo Phoenix is taking the Open University to court after being bullied out of her job for her GC views.

Thanks OP, depressing there's still so many to keep track of though.

Thanks everyone - I'd forgotten that Jo Phoenix and Maya still have cases ongoing, and hadn't heard of a few of these!

If you don’t mind me posting an Australian one:, Sall Grover’s defence of a discrimination claim, Tickle v Giggle. If only it were really the joke that it sounds like.

Given the current dire state of affairs in Australia, this is going to be a really important case.
