Stacey Solomon on Loose women was all for it, we shouldn't let these people off the hook. Stacey has a huge following on Instagram she will have caused a huge amount of harm along with scamming the huns out of money too.

I like Stacey Solomon (guilty admission here).

However, she's not exactly the smartest tool in the box either. She has this incredibly innocent view of the world and just seems to think everyone can live in fuzzy cuddly harmony

Anyone looking for intellectual debate on current affairs really isn't looking at SS for direction. And SS will ultimately follow the crowd in time because she's not exactly a leader despite her influencer status. Beyond tidying cupboards and sticky back plastic for adults, she's vapid and follows the latest trends rather than setting them in a unique way.

I think when SS ultimately just shuts up about the subject, you know the ship has sailed fully.

Ooh, this seems significant.

I found the clip on the This Morning facebook page. The two guests are good and seem well up to speed, and I'm guessing they've decided to handle this by getting third parties to speak the awkward truth so Holly can retain her rainbow ally credentials

I think we need a direct link to the blog, as it won't be findable from the facebook feed after a few days. Sonia Sodha's an Observer journo who's definitely on the terfy end of the spectrum, and gets a fair amount of shit for it on twitter. I'm not sure, but I think the other guest is Tom Swarbrick from LBC, and I'm not a regular listener, but I've seen the odd clip of his show that suggests he's at least sympathetic to some of the points we have on this subject.

Phil is awful, so glad he's not on at the moment. I bet he rules the roost when he's there which is why they have never had such a sensible segment before. Lorraine is an absolute nightmare. Denise Walsh as well.

Good to see more sunlight on the issue.
@RedToothBrush yes Stacey is vapid. that's her brand. So I don't know why she weighs in on heavy subjects like she thinks she has anything to add when she knows her thousands of vapid followers will parrot her beliefs without critical thinking.
She's anti organ donation openly, citing that it's 'icky'. I just don't think it's very responsible to use her platform like that. Same with championing trans issues. It's just a shame she's not willing to use her critical thinking skills but she's quite cheerful about pushing her non researched view.
I liked her when she was a giggly singer in a big dress. I'm not impressed by her 'celeb persona' for the above reasons. I don't like it when stupidity is marketed as a good asset in women.

I digress anyway. But yes, hope to see her reverse ferret her trendy opinion.

Is it time for a Radio 1 / Smashy and Nicey style clearout on the show? They have their money made surely. Time for some new faces.
