Yes. In some states you can get an abortion under 18 without parent consent.

But that's not what I'm refusing to - doctors are mandated reporters so if a 12 year old is pregnant, that would be a red flag for abuse and hence the reporting to CPS.

Some of the meanest, most aggressive, and deceitful people I've met would describe themselves as "kind, easy-going, and loyal".

I don't know who he is, but the clip made me wonder if the TW had been talking to a Molly Walsh, instead of Matt. I suspect they would have been angry and aggressive.
