I haven't seen another thread on this, so apologies if there is one. Rachel is asking for some more gardening assistance in advance of this hearing. She has a crowd justice page.

Do you happen know when the main hearing is porridgecake or is it not booked yet?

Update on Help defend freedom of speech: Sanctioned by Social Work England

Since my tribunal hearing was postponed by the courts from December to July this year, there is a new case hearing due to take place on April 11th this year.

At this hearing the judge will hear fresh discrimination claims from me which I have asked to be heard at the same time as my original claims, in July.

The respondents, Westminster Council and Social Work England are obviously going to challenge this and are trying to get the claims thrown out.

Unfortunately this means increased costs - I know times are tough for everyone, but I urgently need to raise more funds to pay my legal team. Any contributions or shares of my crowdfunder would be amazing.

Thank-you so much for all your support - it means the world as I couldn’t do this without you.

Lastly a huge shout out to the brilliant Maya Forstater who is taking on the last leg of her Tribunal claim today!

That is the only information I have seen, C&P from the email/newsletter.

There is another thread from last year. I'll post on that one too. Rachel still needs gardening help.
