Support Posie Midday on 23rd Feb 23

Posie needs support (your presence, placards and chants) in Trowbridge on 23rd Feb at 12 pm mid day while she is being interviewed by the police (5 years since she was interviewed there at the behest of SG).

It is regarding spurious accusations relating to her #LetWomenSpeak Brighton rally.

She was told that if she doesn’t attend voluntarily she won’t be allowed to leave the country, and may be met at the airport, arrested and cuffed on her return.

Her upcoming tour of Australia and New Zealand means she can’t risk non-attendance.

NB. If you can be flexible, that would be great, because the police have form for changing the time/date at last minute.

I can’t see how the police pursuing this is compliant with Suella Braveman’s announcement at the Association of Police and Crime Commissioners and National Police Chiefs' Council Partnership Summit 2022 on November 9th.

She does seem quite shaken and distressed in the video. Her political opponents are clearly using the police force, public servants, to harass her. I think she is right that she is being persecuted. It is absurd that the CPS gave the go ahead too.

The world is really going mad that Posie is being pursued on this matter by the police. Of all the crimes currently being committed I wish to God they would put their time and resources elsewhere. Focus on paedophiles, violent behaviour, ffs catalytic converter theft!
