I always click on the equality monitoring forms of jobs to see what organisations think and this one looks particularly confused. The word form and the online one ask different questions. It looked promising when they talked about protected characteristics then ignored it to talk about gender. Why would anyone want to share with an employer the very personal information they were intersex as well?
