I have looked at SSA and TT but would really like to know if anyone has seen an Equality Policy that is actually well drafted, has clear aims, follows the Equality Act (reflecting that the protected characteristics may need to be balanced against each other) and that 'belief' is a protected characteristic (or some of those good points anyway!). If it is easier to PM me rather than name a school on this open forum please do. I am asking because I am reviewing an absolutely crap policy at the moment so would like to take the opportunity to sort it out as much as possible but clearly it would be easier to have a template to work from.
