Has any trans woman been refused to be moved?

I'm just wondering. If a double rapist was approved and a sexual predator of minors was approved has any trans woman actually been denied a move to a female prison? What was the bench mark? Daily Record reports there's been a murderer and a domestic abuser that have been/ are being housed already. What's left that could warrant a refusal?

I'm pretty sure one was moved back to male prison but that was after attacking the women prisoners.

Maybe if they were teaming a black trouser with a bright coloured top - it would be obvious that they were womaning wrong. Other than that, I have no idea!!

there has been, to say the least, shifting goalposts, rules, and interpretation of the rules has been shifting rapidly. So yes in one way people absolutely have been refused in the past. The query / challenge is to not allow them to remove ALL gatekeeping and makes men's access to women a right men have should they chose to demand it.
