Saw a job I was really excited about applying so thought I'd do some research first

Seriously? They're meant to be a feminist charity that has spent almost 150 years supporting girls and young women.

Hardly supportive if it's letting people with penises into their safe places.

Starts off okay, but goes downhill. How depressing!

I usually switch off when things mention inclusivity, but Intersectional certainly beats inclusive in woke top trumps.

On their general "work for us" page they do mention that sometimes for some jobs they apply the single sex exemption under the Equality Act (although they slightly undermine this by referring to "single-gender" spaces). So at least they are aware of that and are prepared to say they will apply it where necessary.
