HOw did she ever become Scottish Labour leader or land a regular comment slot in the Times?

So fucking disingenuous. The top comment explains the issue:

"Secondly, you have glossed over the Haldane decision which decreed a GRC changes someone's sex in the Equality Act. Where the Act says you can provide a single-sex service if there is a legitimate reason it now means a single "legal" sex service. ie. a mixed biological sex service. Add in the predicted tenfold increase of GRC holders under the GRR Bill and you can start to see the problem. And it may be much more as GRCs were not limited to trans people; potentially every man in Scotland could have opted to obtain a GRC."

And Dugdale's own comments make this clear to anyone who understands the weasel way that TRAs use language to include males as women.

"Take the debate around single-sex spaces, for example, something which is of critical importance. If I believed these were threatened by the bill the Scottish parliament has passed, I could not have supported it."

"I know their steel and the commitment they hold for the rights of all women and girls but most fundamentally for those who are vulnerable or the victims of men’s violence."

Why can't they provide their support for the bill without being honest about what it actually does?

It changes your sex marker so you identify into the female sex protected characteristic.

Kezia must believe that is not an issue but why loe?

It's almost as if they realise that they can't argue this point, because well it will put women and girls at risk and will increase how many of us self exclude. They are worried that people realise this.

I don't believe a person has any integrity if they can't argue the truth.

Remember she’s married to SNP Jenny Gilruth now.

"So when Sir Keir Starmer was invited to comment on the Gender Recognition Reform Bill passed by the Scottish parliament before Christmas and the UK government’s plans to block it via the use of an until now unused section of the Scotland Act, my heart sank."

Yet the SNP's heart didn't sink when they were handed all that help passing it. Almost like they're picking and choosing or something.
