What's the future for single sex schools?

I have 3 daughters, they have all chosen single sex secondary schools.

With how things are changing, will biological males who identify as females be allowed to attend girls' schools?

Is this the beginning of the end of single sex education?

Children still cannot legally change their sex in the UK, and single sex schools are legal. So it depends on the school. Approach them and check they are single sex, not single gender and mixed sex.

I think any service or facility described as single sex should be single sex.

Things may appear to ‘be changing’ but that doesn’t mean gender ideology will endure.
It is so internally illogical and inconsistent that eventually everyone except committed trans people will reject it for the nonsense it is.
Girls‘ schools will survive if parents want them. I believe the evidence is that girls do better in single sex secondary. If your children are affected by a proposed change in a single sex school, please fight back.

People are waking up, and the Scotland situation is going to help.

There is no excuse for a male child to be allowed to identify into a female only school. There are mixed sex schools where they can identify however they like and it will be no problem to anyone: their only argument (and it will be parents/adults driving it not the child) will be that the child wants the specific experience of being in a female only environment.

To give them that desired, valued experience means removing that from every other child in the school . If it matters enough to them to justify wanting it, they cannot justify removing it from every single other pupil in the school for them to exclusively benefit.

Not justifiable.
