A biological male, Merager - who said he would fight his case in court before suddenly going on the run in September 2021 - faces 11 charges in total for the pair of incidents, where she allegedly used his status as a transgender woman to access women's changing areas and show his partially erect penis to those inside.

If a poll had a similar result, in favour of another Indyref, Nicola would be trumpeting it from the rooftops, insisting that ignoring such a result is ignoring the democratic will of the people of Scotland. Strangely she is completely silent on the result of this poll. So she and the SNP are only interested in the democratic will of the people of Scotland if they agree with the SNP. Righty ho.

This case proves everything. Either

a) this is transwoman who poses just as much a risk as other males or
b) this a man who used the protection of laws to falsely access women’s spaces by pretending to be a transwoman.

I think in this case, using 'she' while making it clear that this is a male is the clever thing to do. Those who support GI either need to accept that this is a transwoman who is a sex offender with a penis, proving that these do in fact exist, or if they say it's a man masquerading as a transwoman they'll have to work out what the difference is and commit the 'literal violence ' of not respecting 'her' preferred pronouns!
