Yes, I read the article. My point was these parents had gone out of their way to raise money and provide separate facilities for trans identifying students, they were trying to facilitate their needs, yet it still (unsurprisingly) wasn't enough. Hence the lawsuits when the school still basically made all the toilets unisex.
Unlike some, despite being GC, I'm not comfortable aligning with bible belt, right wing Americans. My point was that the parents in question didn't fall into that category as they'd tried to be considerate of the trans students needs. But as we know validation is the prize, not inclusion.
