I cant read it all as it's behind a paywall.

I have a 15 year old Autistic Dd & am very worried about the SNP stance.
Like the Named Person Scheme before, it seems they will press on with an idealogical position (initially 'well meant' but practically a nightmare & potentially harming those it seeks to 'help') come legal hell or high water :(

Seems like the EHRC is basically saying 'this is bad law'.

You can’t legally purchase alcohol at 16/17 (or after 10pm for that matter!) but can legally change sex at that age in the SNPs proposals
