Has anyone brought this book online and actually received it?
I paid for it online in September and although money has gone out I haven't received it. I've emailed at least 5 times, the address through PayPal, the publishers website and transgender trend and haven't had a single reply.
Feeling a bit ripped off as the delivery charge I think was more than the book itself...
Starting to wonder if it is a scam?
Anyone else actually brought a copy?
