I've just read an blog article by a lesbian mum revealing how she was blatantly and egregiously passed over for a job because she was pregnant. Job was at LSE who simultaneously brag on their website about holding awards for furthering women's employment equality. It's all wrapped up with gender identity politics as when you allow men who identify as women to count as women in your stats you can have all male boards etc yet heroically tick the boxes for gender inclusion.
Just wondering if any others here have similar stories.
The article is titled 'Paying Lip service to women while undermining women's rights' by Savage minds on Substack. She discloses she has violated an NDA to write it so would be good make her efforts count by reading and sharing widely.
