I understand the point after men who change after conviction but that's not for the CPS. It's for the prison service or offender management etc. The CPS don't take responsibility for convicted defendants so why would they consult on that point?

There have been 3 threads on this but it keeps dropping off the first page. It's got some other useful links on. I agree this is really important so we need to keep it live and share links.

The Gay Men's Network has responded to the CPS consultation on sex crimes involving deceptions as to biological sex. In it, we warn of Institutional ideological capture, victim blaming and inequality before the law
