We've published some guidance on how to respond to the Scottish Parliament committee looking at the Gender Recognition Reform (Scotland) Bill:

It's relevant to those outside Scotland owing to the unresolved issues regarding the cross border effects of the legislation, which we've written about here:

Both For Women Scotland and Woman's Place UK have published guidance too.

The deadline for submissions is Monday 16 May.
