Sovereign Women Speak interview with a male prison officer who was working in a female prison with male 'trans' inmates.

I have literally clapped my hand to my mouth in multiple occasions in utter disbelief.

Points that stand out: hearing the prison officers voice shake slightly as he is explaining that they locked a rapist, who had sexually abused men whilst in male prison, with a woman in a cell overnight.

That previously, sex between two inmates was not permitted. As inmates were 'wards of the state' they could not consent to sex. However since males have been incarcerated with women, they have revoked this, so now two prisoners can consent to sex. Convenient!

Male trans prisinors can get breast implants and bottom surgery on the state. Female prisinors cannot access life saving operations for cancer etc.

@Ohnohedident

Its like they choose a victim for the rapist. They moved a particularly vulnerable women in to his cell for him to rape.

Grim. I hope the democrats get destroyed in the next elections, destroyed so bad they have to disband their fucking party. Utter cunts.

I imagine they chose the woman they thought was least likely to be believed or to sue. But on that note, why aren't they worried about being sued by a female prisoner who is sexually assaulted? It's just a matter of time, surely? Any American lawyers around?

''The Prison Litigation Reform Act (PLRA) is a federal law that requires inmates to exhaust all administrative remedies before they’re permitted to file a personal injury lawsuit.

To put it simply, before you file a lawsuit, you must first try to resolve your complaint through the prison’s existing grievance procedures. Unfortunately, there are currently no regulations governing prison grievance processes, and many prisons have made their procedures so complex that inmates have been discouraged from pursuing claims.''

It is bringing to light the true value of women in society. Oh how absolutely naive I was to think the bulk of feminist's work was done....

Yes, this is what I have learnt from all this too. And I absolutely think this can happen here too. Its the logical conclusion of TWAW, like Starmer believes. He, like Stonewall, have to believe that it is transphobic not to lock these males up with women, because, to say you mustn't means you have to admit that they are not women in the same was as the rest of women are.

Are we in the twilight zone where whole populations can be brainwashed to believe anything?

Cailin66 · 02/04/2022 18:42

[quote MrsOvertonsWindow]Here in the UK, it appears that this paedophile will be placed in a man's prison - which is a relief. But will the crimes be recorded as belonging to a woman?

Why does he go in a male prison if he says he's a woman?

Mummyoflittledragon · 02/04/2022 19:13

Men in the male population, who are afraid of violence or sexual assault can ask for help and will be segregated for their own protection. Women otoh will not and are locked in cells with known rapists, only to be raped.

This is horrendous. These poor women.

@Cailin66
I imagine this person was considered too high risk. In England (idk about the rest of the U.K.), suitability is on a case by case basis.

sleepwhenidie · 02/04/2022 19:21

Cailin66 Because at present, self ID isn’t simply accepted in UK, each trans prisoner is assessed individually and a decision about which estate they should be sent to is made. Where self ID is law, eg Ireland, I believe that is as essentially as simple as saying you are a woman and therefore being sent to a female facility - eg Barbie Kardashian

About the risk asessment - not only is the risk assessment flawed, but the conviction rate for sexual offences is very low. So not all offenders have been caught and convicted.

''The MoJ has repeatedly stressed that risk assessment processes are in place to keep women in prison safe.
However, the risk ax tool that is used for adult men who have been convicted of sexual offences, the OASys Sexual reoffending Predictor Score (OSP), is not used for male prisoners with a GRC because these prisoners are treated as female, and this risk ax tool is used with women.''
